Automated workflow for language-independent module publishing and creating GitHub Releases, following Conventional Commits and SemVer specifications.

This GitHub App does only the part of creating GitHub Releases, based on pushed conventional commits.

Our CLI (@standard-release/cli) currently support only NPM publishing. But it's up to you what you will use for publishing! You can use Sindre Sorhus np, standard-version, semantic-release's cli, or your own.
