Expected behavior

I expect the UDP to be supported.

Actual behavior

It's not implemented 😬

Steps to reproduce

Open Xcode or the docs
Look for UDP, Datagram or DGram in this repository
Successfully find nothing

SwiftNIO version/commit hash

1.1.1

Yup, we should probably support a datagram channel.

Can someone help me out to implement this? I'm lost in my attempts, but still really would love it to progress with a DNS client.
