Feature request: ability to mark posts with "needs reply", plus supporting features.

I see this as three features that go hand in hand:

1. Ability to mark posts with a "needs reply" flag (or clear the flag).

2. Automatically clear the flag when the user posts a response to a post that has been marked as such.

3. Ability to fetch a stream consisting of posts which the user has marked as such.

There are numerous ways this could be implemented in individual clients, but it would be nice to see standardized API support for it.

Rather than making a dozen different obscure flags for various purposes, it might be better to generalize the concept of starring a post so that you are instead able to apply arbitrary tags to others' posts. Thus, the original stars feature would be achieved by applying a "starred" tag, while this feature could be handled by applying a "reply_needed" flag.

This is definitely a potential client feature. I'm leaving it open but with a "wontfix" tag because we likely won't be adding specific functionality like this beyond stars. That said "tagging" is something we should revisit at some point.
