Summary

For some reason the selectionSetInitializers property is not being rendered properly in the API reference documentation, which is generated by docc. It's not even showing in the list for OutputOptions but it is in the source code. We need to get this fixed so people can reference the API outside of Xcode.

Originally raised in #2963.
