Add ApolloInternalTestSupport to ApolloTestSupport target

Feature request

It would be great if the contents of ApolloInternalTestSupport would be available with ApolloTestSupport so we can import it in our Test target.

Motivation

I'm creating a custom refresh token interceptor which is similar to the ResponseCodeInterceptor and found that it is not straight forward to write unit tests for it without the custom test infrastructure already written in ApolloInternalTestSupport. As a workaround I'm copying the whole folder to my test target.
