'Search Queries' input bar seems out of place

Acceptance Criteria

1. The search bar should filter the displayed queries. An improvement can be made here where searching temporarily filters the list of cached queries, so only the results are visible.

2. Search queries helper text should be switched to Search cache for clarity.

3. New Functionality: Allow a user to search on Queries & Mutations the helper text should change to: Search mutations, Search cache, Search queries, depending on which tab the user is on.

Actual outcome:

The search seems to only highlight results, and is on Cache tab rather than Queries tab

How to reproduce the issue:

Look at the Cache tab of Devtools version 4.1.3
