I've tried looking through the discussions and open issues and couldn't find an answer, sorry if this is a duplicate

I'm looking to set up a soundgrid line server to run plugins in a live environment, and run the whole thing as a standalone application and not a plugin in a DAW. Is there a standalone client? If not, is it in the roadmap somewhere? TIA

Bluecats Patchwork is your way to go. You can load plugins and do pretty much anything in there.
