Compare the deployed on OPDK and the migrated on Hybrid for validation on the migration process

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not time-efficient to log into the Apigee UI after migration to check against what have been migrated vs what are deployed in OPDK.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to run some scripts/tools on Hybrid to validate what have migrated from OPDK are matching on Hybrid including APIs, KVMs, Apps, and Products etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I will just do manual checks.
