As seen in the photo below, I have a slice that should represent 3%.
There is no other text nearby to cut it off. This makes me think the 3% text is tied to a layer in a stack and that the 97% layer is covering the text.
A possible solution would be to place the text on top of the graph rather than having the text tied to a specific layer.
