This PR add following capabilities to the CSI Cloudstack Driver:

  • Bump supported Kubernetes version to v1.21
  • Support for VMWare Hypervisors
  • Add support for max. attachable Volumes
  • Add support for Project IDs
  • Add support for Volume Statistics

@olivierlemasle Is there any interest in adding this to the Driver?
We at our company are using this code now productively with ~60 Volumes, and it's working so far. Do you or someone of Apalia have time to test this?

Any update?
We are running it in production since August in 10+ clusters with ~50 volumes last year and see no problems until now.

Just noticed that this code only works with LSI Logic Parallel driver. We are working on a solution with pvscsi
