Release Plan of Apache OpenDAL v0.50.2

This is a call for a discussion to release Apache OpenDAL version v0.50.2.

The change lists about this release:

v0.50.1...main

We need this release because there are many critical issues that need to be addressed for opendal_compat.

Please leave your comments here about this release plan. We will bump the version in the repo and start the release process after the discussion.

opendal_compat is not a mode; it's a new crate that depends on opendal. Therefore, the answer is NO, it won't affect the development of opendal.

The main issue I encountered is that building such a shim is much harder than I expected. Perhaps we can run integration tests on opendal_compat to ensure it works as expected.
