Make opendal works good in vscode

Hey! How can I not enable rust-analyzer building and fetch metadata for all features? rust-analyzer has been working constantly on my side when I open opendal folder.

Maybe disable all-features for rust-analyzer? Another option is to make sure rocksdb has been configured correctly: set ROCKSDB_LIB_DIR to the lib dir while rocksdb exists so we don't need to build rocksdb.
