Go to Declaration seems to cause crash (bug?)

OS: windows10 and windows 7
java: Version 8 updated 321

In netbeans 13, i'm not sure about this but it looks like a bug :

step1. In a php file, when i use "CTRL + mouse click" to "Go to Declaration" it jumped to the declarationfile immediately.

step2. Then I go back to the original php file and want to see another Declaration file.

step3. At this point, the editor often lags or crashes from 5 to 20 seconds, this is example:

.
There is no such crash in version 12.6, this is example:

nb12.6.mp4
