  • Update Release Notes chapter
  • Add content for new features if needed
  • Remove unused adoc files
  • Change kiegroup/drools to apache/incubator-kie-drools

Note that drools-docs was removed in 10.0.x to simplify the source release. We will update main first, then we may create a specific branch (e.g. 10.0.0-docs), not to confuse with features added after 10.0.0.
