Extension that uses the Atlassian Swagger Validator client.

For CSB it was just a basic starter that the
apache/camel-spring-boot@9a8d2fc

The validator is in core project at
https://github.com/apache/camel/tree/main/components/camel-openapi-validator

Hmm, is it really worth to creat a new extension? There is only one class in camel-openapi-validator and I just wonder if we can just add it in the classpath.
