Unable to edit or delete tag as admin

Describe the bug

Just started playing around with Answer, and as an Admin user created a tag, which I cannot subsequently modify or delete. Wondering if this is a defect, or I am doing something wrong:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tags
2. Create a new tag
3. Navigate to tags screen and select a tag (or select previously existing tag)
4. No options appear to be available to delete/edit the tag even if logged in as admin user.

Expected behavior

The options to modify/delete tag should be shown:

Platform

• Device: Desktop
• OS: MacOS, running inside Docker
• Browser and version: Firefox/Safari, latest
• Version: 1.4.2

Thank you for the prompt response, would is there proper avenue to submit design change suggestion? I can definitely see this being a bit point of confusion for newcomers.
