There are a couple of links that are broken, they should be checked. Check conf.py file in option linkcheck_ignore to see those links.

Because I could find no suitable link for https://cubit.sandia.gov/public/verdict.html, I removed the reference from the calc_functions.rst file. I believe the other two URLs noted in config.py file's linkcheck_ignore section have been addressed, but I'm not sure how to tell. If the PyEnSight dev team merges PR #239, you could add any links that are still broken to this Issue #250.
