0.3.0 incompatibility with Ansys 2021R2 and lower

Description of the bug

The Workflow.connect_with() method requires DPF >= 3.0, meaning Ansys 2022R1 or later.
A retro-compatible alternative should be implemented, or incompatibility with Ansys 2021R2 and lower should be documented.
