Description of the modifications

Shouldnt we link the dev guide on the pyansys docs?? Since other libraries are pointing to that guide for contributing, I think it makes sense.

I would put it as part of the top banner...

I would also suggest to create one single button Versions where I would group the Python versions and Package versions.
