Add a resource to sync inventory #52

Please add a resource that will sync a specific inventory with the possibility to either:

sync all the sources of the inventory
sync specific sources (list) of the inventory

That resource would be helpful if on the Terraform side one provision/deprovision some resources that are part of the inventory.
