I run a Gnome desktop but the best SVN tools in core openSuse repositories are Qt (eSVN and QSVN, packaged by Packman). I generally prefer QSvn over eSVN because it can handle multiple working directories at once, and also because it is a Qt4 app and integrates better with my GTK theme.
The one feature that it seems to be missing for me is the remote aspects of move and copy. Remote move would let me restructure packages more easily, while remote copy lets you create branches and tags without dropping to a terminal. Both are handled by the svn command the same as local copies and moves.
