On install, after the Bitwarden CLI downloads, I get:

then

then finally,

my cursor then gets a glitchy looking "Please wait..." attached to it thereafter and it hangs indefinitely, as far as I can tell. Ending the task in task manager removes this.

I also encounter this issue. It can be resolved by running the installer as admin.

Running as admin cannot be the fix, because then you have to run it as admin every time, because it syncs the vault into the "Program Files" folder, which cannot be edited/re-synced if you're not running as admin.
