Discovered by @m1dnight when they were trying to explore Anoma applications.

Most of the recent work on applications has been happening in https://github.com/anoma/anoma-app-patterns. The examples in this repo should use the interface exposed by anoma-app-patterns.

We should fix examples that we want to keep and delete the others.
