Improve the Empty cards dialog #17213

The "Empty cards" dialog in AnkiDroid feels very bare-bones.

Here's the corresponding dialog in Anki

It

groups the cards by their notetypes,
tells the ids of the notes with empty cards (which can be clicked to open browser search), and
tells the card types of the empty cards.
