This issue tracker will become a reminder with a deadline to add GitHub Sponsor and connect to Open Source Collective

Deadline: Using Milestones as reference -> 2.19 or 2.20 Release

Why?

• Reduce dependency in Open Source Collective for donations
• Adding another option to donate, thus decreasing the barrier for donations
• Add reminders to donate in issues and pull request via GitHub Sponsors
