Add option to disable killing queries and connections - kill branch
Only suggest removing large unused indexes on space page - unused_index_threshold branch
Add support for system stats for self-hosted Postgres (pg_proctab, file_fdw, or another method)
Add support for explaining normalized queries (won't work with PgBouncer in transaction mode)
(maybe) Normalize query stats to save space - pg_query_stats normalization #381
