Incorrect number of extensions updates shown in notification

Steps to reproduce

1. There must be updates for manga and anime extensions otherwise the issue may not appear.
2. Open app.
3. If there is updates for extensions, it should show a notification for it with number in the notification.

Expected behavior

Show correct number of updates for extensions in notification.

Actual behavior

Shows incorrect number of extensions updates in notification.
