Hide Category When Not in Incognito Mode

Feature Request :

I suggest to add a third option that allows a category to only be visibler when in incognito mode, instead of completely visible or completely hide.

When editing a category, the visibility button would toggle between 3 options: Visible -> Incognito -> Hidden
When on Incognito, the category should be hidden until he turn on the incognito mode

This way, the history should not be updated while reading/watching content in those categories (not visible on normal browsing, and no history update in incognito mode)
