Show loading failed if all links in m3u fails

Aniyomi is showing loading error when playing m3u files even tho it plays just okay , so i wont know when it actually failed to load , for example here is the m3u data and video paths of the video i played

i noticed the "Failed to load" only happens when ima watching from my Network , (when the local server is shut off) , and doesnt appear when watching from local server (network server shut off) , so im assuming since the first ling was failed the player showed loading error .

If the player shows loading error when all links fail would be really helpfull for me since when two links fail or one link fail the current player shows single loading failed toast , if its implemented then i'll truly be able to know when the video actually failed to load .
