Aniyomi not recognizing downloads

Steps to reproduce

First : download any extension then select one piece anime.
Second : select some episode for download
Third : wait for download to complete and some episode show they're not download but check in the file they will be there available to watch but does not show up in the app and if you try to remove _tmp it show that it something goes wrong.

Expected behavior

If anime episode get downloaded then it reports to the app that anime is downloaded and folder _tmp get remove after download

Actual behavior

After download app got error and doesn't reports to app that anime is downloaded. it happens sometimes but because i always watch anime after download it happens to me every day Please solve this error
