Handle incorrect admin password bettter

On webdriver-manager update --android, if someone gives the wrong admin password, it just keeps going instead of letting you try again or anything

I encountered a problem on Windows 8.1 where the password was always reported as incorrect, no matter what I entered:

Enabling hardware acceleration (requires admin access)
Enter the password for Administrator:
Attempting to start C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\webdriver-manager\selenium\android-sdk_r24.4.1\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\silent_install.bat as user "DEV-002\Administrator" ...
RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\webdriver-manager\selenium\android-sdk_r24.4.1\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\silent_install.bat
1326: The username or password is incorrect.

I was able to resolve the problem by running the following commands from an administrator command prompt:

net user administrator /active:yes
net user administrator MyPassword

I was then able to enter MyPassword when prompted, and the script was able to run.

You're gonna want to upgrade to version 11. Windows support for appium was pretty bad before that point

Update: You can now use 10.3.0 instead of 11.x if that helps
