Yupp, we need all that stuff. @janantala as you might have already noticed, I provided you with some PR's with API documentation. Despite the fact, that these docs surely need some fine-tuning, we need a place where we can provide a proper documentation for the developer guide. Maybe we make it somewhere here in this repo?

@janantala Okay, so I'll further work on the docs for angular-adaptive and try to write a script that automates the process to publish the generated docs and developer guide on this repo's gh-pages branch.
