As title. See 0211ecf along with jump-dev/JuMP.jl#1403. It is likely some change from .18 -> .19 that did this.

fixes issue #2 by only adding nonzero indices

As mentioned in jump-dev/JuMP.jl#1946, this was fixed by dropping the zero entries from the matrix. See referenced commit.
