4a_Compensation notebook returns no compensated dsDNA images for rosetta testing

Hi!
When running 4a, all other channels are are output with appropriate stitched images via Rosetta testing, except dsDNA. Each FOV has an extracted dsDNA tiff containing appropriate dsDNA staining, but the stitched image outputs empty compensated rows (Gold and uncompensated image rows are fine). If I skip this rosetta step and just try and compensate all, the dsDNA channel tiffs are also empty.

The resolution to this issue is that I added some additional low mass channels and did not reorder my columns in my compensation matrix. Thanks!
