[JA, KO] Graphics corruption when reading description of certain items #393

What happened
On JA and KO, when you read the description of the Mushroom Badge, some of the tiles around the weapons become corrupt. KO also gets corruption when reading the Iron Bond description and Sue's letter. Exiting the pause menu sets the text back to normal. Worth noting I only did this from the level select.

Expected behavior
Normal text.

This one I gotta change where the CJK renderer puts the tiles while the game is paused. Hopefully not too bad. Worst case unload some of the stage tileset and reload when unpausing
