It worked right just before stable 0.8 version got released. I tested on PAL megadrive but in 60hz mode (Highly recommend the mod, our TVs easily support NTSC, Yours is Sony if I'm not wrong , GOAT crts) aaand I suppose PAL50 is by default largely untested / timing issues may rear their ugly head |
For cave story I prefer 50hz as the original PC release was also 50fps, and this MD version feels identical to it in pal50 imo. I hate how the later ports just lazily made it 60fps, and just kept the sped-up gameplay and music. My mega drive II is pal50/ntsc60 switch modded btw. And its also broken in ntsc60hz too, with fusion 3.64 at least. I tired from hard reset in case switching pal/ntsc in the fly messes up something |
Well, You made some perfectly valid points , sorry for jumping to conclusions . Same is true for VirtualBoy emulation, games are skippy with 60hz , hardware utilized 50hz lcds |

What happened
After beating the second phase, music changes but ballos just sits there and so its soft-lock. I tired this twice, on second time from hard-reset.

Environment
Fusion 3.64 emulator in PAL50hz mode, untested on real hardware(I really dont feel like beating hell for third time in row atm..)
