CRAN URL for a vignette #12

I'm getting "CRAN URL not in canonical form" with https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ipumsr/vignettes/ipums.html from rhub::check_for_cran() on Ecfun. I do NOT want to replace this with https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=ipumsr, because that would give me the package, and I want a vignette in that package. What do you suggest?
