When testing [email protected] which resolves to https://btc.us/.well-known/lnurlp/bilall -> sends 302 redirect to another address, should the decoder follow the redirect?

Good question. I think if the protocol allows for redirects to be used, then the decoder should handle it. PRs are welcome :)
