Exclude thirdparty delphi-jose-jwt source from Package MARS.Jose.dpk

As delphi-jose-jwt has it's own package JOSE.dpk, I suggest MARS.JOSE.DPK remove the jose source codes and use JOSE library directly.

@andrea-magni: I think you should close this issue and/or replay bellow with small explanation why do you prefer to include this as a source code more then as an external library.

@ccy: Delphi still has no a proper package manager - GetIt is not a real package manager. I think that in the feature MARS can use one of the PM. For now I'm aware about:

  But at the current state MARS has not that much dependencies and it is easier in first constact for a developers to dowload everything in an one run (this my prvate oppinion)
