File in use error

i have a few folders with the error that many jpg are in use

I'm having the same issue and there's definitely no programs using it because I'm able to move the files to different folders and it still gives the same error.

Yea, use a different script. Even when this one works the output files will be smaller than the input, so you shouldn't trust this script at all. Use this instead:
