Currently the NERD/Keyterm annotation/extraction contains all the information related to Wikipedia page (definition, synonyms, etc.). It would be better to simply refer to the Wikipedia page ID and have additional independent services to access all the different information related to the page ID.

Advantage: reduce the size of the annotations and NERD response + easier for usage in asynchronous Javascript.
