Needed documentation

Write the documentation of the knowledge base:

• how to build the KB (github, public access)
• how to access the data (mongodb, elasticsearch, mariadb) from third parties @ INRIA (INRIA internal documentation)
• document the data model (HAL Tei, GROBID TEI, etc)
• how to add new harversters

The kb documentation seems complete, still work in progress is the rest.
I'm not sure whether the data model is documented. @Aazhar ?

Do you mean the corpus TEI ?

I though the issue meant to document is the tranformation between the HAL data model (should be documented on the hal website) to the stored TEI file. Especially for someone using anHALytics data the first time (or me, after a week not working on it :-)).
