Data refreshes all 4 years of historic data every day. Any changes in data (i.e., cancellations, customer returns) will be automatically consumed and updated, meaning users will always have access to the most up to date version of their data. Please note that this means the same period of data can change when re-pulled on different days. As the reporting date falls farther into the past, the likelihood of change significantly decreases. |

Question on report behaviors in Vendor Central. If I have a sales report from December 1, 2024 at what point will the sales data for that date be "settled", meaning there will no longer be changes made to the order, shipped, ... values for that date? Is it 45, 60, 90.... days post report date? There is nothing clearly documenting the boundaries for a particular period. This can impact API workflows when use day dimensions because a report requested for December 1, 2024 on December 30th, 2024 will not be the same for a December 1, 2024 request on January 25th, 2025. As such, it is important to understand the settlement boundaries for a report by day. The same logic applies to other aggregations, but the day level is foundational.
