What is changing?

UPDATE: We’ve changed the date when the rate will be lowered from May 1st to July 10th to provide more time for necessary updates to apps to accommodate the new rate limit.

Starting May 1 July 10th, 2023, the usage plan rate for the getItemOffersBatch operation within the Product Pricing API will be changed. This change will lower the usage plan rate from 0.5 to 0.1 requests per second.

The getListingOffersBatch operation usage plan will continue to allow for 0.5 requests per second.

Which marketplaces are affected?

This change applies to all marketplaces.

Who is affected?

Developers with applications that use the getItemOffersBatch operation within the Product Pricing API will be affected.

What action is required?

If you have an application that is affected by this change, you may need to make changes to accommodate the new rate limit prior to May 1 July 10th, 2023 and adjust your usage to not exceed 0.1 requests per second.
