Starting May 1, 2023, the usage plan rate for the
getItemOffersBatchoperation within the Product Pricing API will be lowered from 0.5 to 0.1 requests per second.The
getListingOffersBatchoperation usage plan will continue to allow for 0.5 requests per second.Which marketplaces are affected?
This change applies to all marketplaces.

Developers with applications that use the
getItemOffersBatchoperation within the Product Pricing API will be affected.What action is required?
If you have an application that is affected by this change, you may need to make changes to accommodate the new rate limit prior to May 1, 2023 and adjust your usage to not exceed 0.1 requests per second.
