Build warnings due to circular dependencies #47

Describe the bug
Build warnings show up pointing to circular dependencies arising from rhea-promise

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clone https://github.com/Azure/amqp-common-js
npm install
npm run build

Expected behavior
The build warnings should not appear.

Additional context
The warnings are showing up for when generating browser/index.js and not for dist/index.js
