Meeting Notes

• Maitreyie presented the proposed weekly meeting schedule for all modules along with their respective agendas - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A7eoklKamf961Fv08wO_Uuk_iGXMckExYhhJRJHvRs8/edit#gid=0
• The purpose of this is to pass on the current workload of Weston and Alain to other Engineers, in order to provide them with more bandwidth to take up tasks related to PX Plugin
• Running of all weekly meetings will be distributed between Joshua and Maitreyie and they will sync amongst each other on Mondays to plan for the rest of the week
• Wednesdays will be for Leadership meetings where during the first half of the meeting each lead will present a summary of the activities done in their group and the second half will be reserved for product roadmap discussion.
• Monthly we will have an all hands meeting which would have a report of what happened in the past month, goals achieved, what’s been moved into next month, targets for next month and so on. During this meeting, team members could also present demos of the features they have worked on. Joshua suggested to record these meetings as it would be helpful reference while presenting product timelines and planning for future roadmap
• Once a month we could do a Backlog Grooming, review really old inactive/stale issues and take the necessary steps to either add in a future milestone or close them
• Bento group will be working async for now, but Weston needs to be kept in loop about the progress and he will provide advice if any snag is hit
• For the UI/UX group, Joshua will onboard Ken soon and brief him about existing style guides/processes/tools.
• Weekly meeting call details will be present on everyone’s calendars, however, if needed a meeting can be run asynchronously too. Receiving progress updates from team members will be necessary.
• Joshua and Maitreyie will sync this week and send out the invites as per above plan to all team members
