v4 web issue

I'm receiving a console error on chrome with v4

Error initializing Amplitude: PlatformException(error, FormatException: SyntaxError: Expected property name or '}' in JSON at position 1 (line 1 column 2), null, null)

v4 does not currently support web - it's being worked on in #216. Once this PR is merged in this issue should be resolved. Will update once this happens!

Hi, Flutter web is available on v4 now, as of v4.0.0-beta.6! Note that it uses our new Browser SDK 2 rather than the old Amplitude-JavaScript library.
