User story

As a User
I want to add a datapipeline
So that I can choose from a list of datapipeline to process my files

Acceptance criteria

Frontend provides a service to add datapipeline
Frontend provides a service to configure a datapipeline
Backend adds the datapipeline to the list of already existing datapipeline

DoD general criteria

Feature has been fully implemented
Feature has been tested
Feature has been merged into the main branch
Important parts have been documented in the technology wiki
All acceptance criteria were met
Product owner approved features
Developers agreed to release

For adding a datapipeline

store the dag file in the folder for the datapipline
with scp/ssh-protocol send the file to the datapipline folder
the frontend part needs to be decided on how we want to design it
