User story

1. As a developer
2. I want / need to set up a first real use-case: one user is asking an example institution (a node with the role of providing certificates) for a certificate, e.g. person Alice is asking a university for a transcript.
3. So that a first information is created and added to the ledger

Acceptance criteria

• nodes applied or used
• ledger setup: the identify record
• example transaction performed: exchanging the certificate.

Definition of done (DoD)

• bill of material updated
• ledger extended

DoD general criteria

• Feature has been fully implemented
• Feature has been merged into the mainline
• All acceptance criteria were met
• Product owner approved features
• All tests are passing
• Developers agreed to release
